How We Work

In-house staff will send us photocopied, or scanned, title page, verso and TOC for each title. This supplies our catalogers with the necessary bibliographic information for processing.

Titles found in our master database, or in OCLC (if an account is provided by in-house staff) will be edited as necessary according to local practice and exported in MARC21 format. Titles not found will be forwarded to senior catalogers for original cataloging. Files can also be converted to PDF, HTML or LCXML format upon request for an additional fee.
